Complete Road Reconstruction – Fisher Ave from Deer Park to Meadowlands
March 2026 through September 2027 – 1.5 years
The trunk storm sewer under Fisher between Deer Park/Dynes and Meadowlands is in need of replacement. This will result in a complete rebuild of the road including the intersection of Meadowlands at Fisher. The reconstruction will included underground services, street lighting, traffic signals, segregated bike lanes, sidewalks, curbs and road surface. The work is expected to take 1.5 years starting March 2026.

Lane Reduction – Hilliard Avenue
Monday February 2
A section of Hilliard adjacent to the 780 Baseline development is to be reduced to one lane for the day Monday February 2nd for crane delivery. Flag persons are expected at both ends of the closure.
Road Closure – Hilliard Avenue
Monday February 9 – Thursday February 12

A section of Hilliard adjacent to the 780 Baseline development is to be closed for four days to facilitate crane setup. Impacted residents on Hilliard, Kesler and Sunnycrest are to be notified by the contractor. Mailbox access will be maintained.
