Rental Facilities
Fisher Heights Community Place, located at 31 Sutton Place, is a city-owned community centre that is administered day-to-day by the Fisher Heights & Area Community Association (FHACA). The centre is available for rent by individuals, families, community groups, and other organizations. The entire facility can be rented for as little as $40 an hour.
Our building is located in Fisher Heights Park, which features a playground with swings and two play structures, a gazebo with a picnic table, bike racks, a half-basketball court, and a baseball diamond. During the winter, FHACA volunteers build and maintain two outdoor skating rinks in the park, and washrooms and a skate-changing room in the community centre are open to the public.
Rentals of the building are managed on a volunteer basis by the Community Association on behalf of the City.
