The club is located at the corner of Deer Park Road and Meadowlands Drive in Steve MacLean Park. The park is named after former resident and astronaut, Steve MacLean.

    Welcome All Tennis Enthusiasts

    The club aims to provide a safe and quality environment for individuals and families to learn and enjoy recreational tennis. The club has been run for over 50 years by neighbourhood volunteers. Entry to the courts is through a locked gate system which is necessary for insurance coverage. At the beginning of each season, members receive a code for the lock when they register.     The courts were built in the 1960s and since 1991, when Nepean amalgamated with the City of Ottawa, the club has operated under the auspices of the City of Ottawa.

    We are fortunate to have Tyse Klein, Jeff Sadrian and Gord Parr as club pros. Tyse, Jeff and Gord are certified tennis professionals with membership in the Tennis Professional Association and the Ontario Tennis Association. Their clients include adults and children. Tyse has played tennis for 16 years and coaches at Carleton University and the Manotick Tennis Club. Jeff has many years of coaching experience as well as serving on the executive of General Burns Tennis Club and house league director. Gord has played tennis for 30 years and is an Advisory Member of the St. James Tennis Club.
